Food in general was pretty excellent, but the desserts. I tried multiple things and was disappointed with everything, except the Orange Cake and plain Jello. I wish they had had some plain pudding or tapioca. I am not that fond of Rice Pudding. The Ambrosia tasted tinny, and the Eclairs were dry with whipped cream (not custard). I would have scored higher if but for the dessert issue. Ultimately, I say "yes," on a return to the Evergreen. ”
